Julia baylosis
Julia Baylosis, originally from Norfolk, Virginia, proudly serves as a United States Naval Officer and ICU nurse at the President’s hospital.
Her pageant journey began at 19 years old with a collegiate organization at Old Dominion University, an experience that gave her newfound confidence and inspired her to continue competing. She later represented her city of Bethesda at Miss Maryland USA, where she placed in the Top 15 out of 109 contestants. That milestone became the catalyst for her modeling career, leading her to walk on prestigious runways, including New York Fashion Week.
In addition to her military and nursing career, Julia is a passionate advocate for victims of human trafficking, working to raise awareness and support prevention efforts. Through her platform, she also empowers women to pursue leadership roles in male-dominated fields, celebrates the balance of strength and femininity, and builds strong communities rooted in service and compassion.
Her story reflects resilience, courage, and dedication and those qualities she carries proudly as both a naval officer and Miss USA ICON.
